Mobile Chemical Dosing Skid Unit

• Vandal-Proof Protection: All critical components (pump, pressure gauge, piping) are enclosed under a sturdy, lockable cover to prevent unauthorized access.
• Chemical Purity: A dual-stage filtration system (on the fill port and at the pump suction line) prevents contaminants from entering the dosing assembly.
• Process Control: The operator can always monitor the chemical level in the tank via a visual level indicator, while an electric contact pressure gauge and the control panel continuously monitor pressure and motor loads.
• Corrosion Resistance: All components in contact with the process fluid manufactured from corrosion-resistant materials.

Automatic Operation Mode:

The automation system will independently halt chemical injection in the event of abnormal situations, such as low liquid level, pressure surges, or overcurrent.

Plug-and-Play Connectivity:

The unit is supplied with a complete set of surface pipelines and an injection point assembly for integration with wellhead equipment. No additional parts are required—simply install and start operation.
