Relay-Controlled Dosing Unit

Simplicity and Reliability

The unit is designed for minimal operator intervention. The base configuration does not require highly qualified personnel: the equipment operates autonomously, performing the tasks of receiving, storing, and metered injection of chemicals.

Compactness and Protection

All key components are assembled within a metal enclosure mounted on a skid. The enclosure houses the following:

• A 0.4 m³ process tank;
• A dosing pump;
• A fine filter;
• A visual level indicator and an electric contact pressure gauge;
• A complete piping manifold.

Resistance to Aggressive Media

All parts that come into contact with the chemical are made of corrosion-resistant materials. The tank is equipped with a drain for quick and complete fluid evacuation. The design allows for the disassembly of individual components if necessary.

Package Contents and Automation

The standard scope of supply includes surface pipelines and a ready-to-use chemical injection point for integration with the wellhead. The automation system will independently halt injection in the event of:

• Injection pressure reaching preset limits (min/max);
• Motor overloads (overcurrent);
• The chemical level falling below the allowable minimum.
