Module Pumping Stations for Water Transfer
Module Pumping Stations for Water Transfer
The equipment is designed for operation within field gathering systems and oil/water treatment units. The station can perform the following functions:
- Booster Pump Station: Creating the necessary inlet pressure for main pumps.
- Internal Transfer: Transporting fluids between process facilities.
- Treated Water Pumping: Supplying water to Module Cluster Pumping Stations (MCPS) for subsequent reservoir pressure maintenance.
Operating Mode:
The station operates in a fully automatic mode and does not require round-the-clock presence of maintenance personnel. Control and monitoring are carried out remotely.
Control and Monitoring System:
- Control: Manual and remote (dispatcher) control of pumping units and shut-off and control valves.
- Monitoring: Automatic monitoring of key technological parameters:
- Flow rate and pressure of the pumped fluid;
- Temperature of components and assemblies;
- Vibration levels of pumps and electric motors;
- Electric motor current draw.
- Safety: Automatic alarm activation in case of emergency parameter deviations and monitoring of unauthorized access to the station premises.
