Wellhead Manifold Skids

Wellhead Manifold Skids is designed for:

• Local and remote control of the well operation.
• Measurement and regulation of gas volume.
• Automatic shutdown of gas pipelines in emergency situations.
• Regulation and metering of methanol injected into the flowlines and the well annulus.

MAIN FUNCTIONS:

• Flow Regulation: Allows for remote or manual adjustment of the gas pressure exiting the well.
• Flow Diversion: Directs the gas flow to the flare, test separator, or for well injection.
• Parameter Monitoring: Measures gas temperature, pressure, and flow rate.
• Emergency Shutdown (ESD): Automatically shuts in the well and isolates the flowline upon reaching critical pressure limits or other hazardous conditions.
• Chemical Injection: Controls and regulates the injection of inhibitors (e.g., methanol) into the gas stream.
